WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
If your plant fails in the first two years from the purchase date, please return it to us with the label and proof of purchase. We will replace it if possible, or alternatively we will offer you a credit note.

Please note that we do not cover plants losses due to unusually excessive weather patterns or lack of usual care. The decision of the company is final.
