Our Message to You

Our food is prepared in our own kitchens by our own staff to your order. We therefore know that we are providing you with the freshest prepared food. On some occasions, when we are very busy, there may be a slight delay but we do keep time records so that we can constantly manage and try to keep these delays as short as possible.

We try to support local suppliers and producers as much as possible.

Our Meats are supplied by our local butcher, ‘Pat– The Butcher’ from Little Aston. He has been sourcing his meat from local farmers and suppliers for many years but is aware that at certain times of year the best meat has to be sourced from further a field. Quality is his forte.

Our Vegetables and Salads are all prepared by our own staff in our kitchens. They are supplied by Chris from Hay Head Farm Shop in Walsall. Wherever possible Chris sources produce from the immediate locality.

Our Menu ~ We aim for our menu to give a sensible selection of top quality food at realistic prices. If you ever have any queries or would like us to try and include other items on the menu then please share your thoughts with me.
Tracey Whitehouse, Catering Manager.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT.

Our Cakes

Most of our cakes are made in the kitchens here by Tracey and Pat who use their own tried and tested recipes.

We can therefore guarantee that no hydrogenated fats are used.

We only use free range eggs and do not include any preservatives in our cakes.

Some cakes may contain traces of nuts and if you are in any doubt then please ask a member of serving staff who will give you the assurances which you may require.
